JAKARTA - Falcon Pictures officially held the Gala Premiere for the film A Business Proposal at CGV Grand Indonesia. This film adaptation of Hae Hwa's Webtoon novel presents a romance story full of surprises and fresh humor, ready to entertain Indonesian audiences.

The event was also attended by the main characters, including Ariel Tatum, Caitlin Halderman, Ardhito Pramono, Abidzar Al-Ghifari, Why Barends, Indro Warkop, Slamet Rahardjo, Fatih Unru, Willem Bevers, as well as comic Yono Bakrie, who are ready to shake the audience's stomach with their appearance.

This film tells the story of Sari (Ariel Tatum), a food analyst at Bowo Foods, who accidentally has to disguise himself as her best friend, Yasmin (Caitlin Halderman), in a blind date. However, the date actually brought him together with Utama (Abidzar Al-Ghifari), the heir to the company where he works known to be disciplined and cold.

Realizing the pressure from his grandfather, Grandmother Bowo (Slamet Rahardjo), who urged him to get married immediately, Utama also asked Sari to pretend to be her lover. From here various conflicts and funny events began to emerge, ranging from Sari's efforts to hide her identity to her involvement in an increasingly complicated matchmaking scheme.

One aspect that stole the attention of this film was the appearance of Abidzar Al-Ghifari as the main star. Although he had drawn doubts before this film aired, his acting actually received a lot of appreciation from fellow players and spectators.

"I just hope this film gets a positive response from Indonesian film lovers. For myself, this is a valuable experience that makes me want to continue learning and develop," said Abidzar, when met at CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta on Friday, February 1.

Ariel Tatum also expressed his admiration for his co-stars.

"Honestly, I am very impressed with Abidzar's acting. He really brought the main character to life with his right expression, intonation, and character. He can look cold, but still has a soft side that makes his character relatable. I'm sure the audience will also be fascinated by his role," he said.

"I know a lot of people compare this version of the film with previous adaptations. But in my opinion, Abidzar gives a new and different color as the Main. He has his own charm which makes his character feel fresh and does not just imitate the previous version," added Caitlin Halderman.

Director Rako Prijanto also emphasized that the election of Abidzar as the main character had gone through many considerations.

"Abidzar is an actor full of dedication. He understands the main character well and is able to bring this role with a more natural feel. I'm sure after watching this film, everyone will agree that he is the right choice." he said.
