MRT Operates, Use the Weekend Schedule During National Holidays and Joint Leave

JAKARTA - PT Moda Raya Terpadu (MRT) Jakarta is implementing a weekend operating schedule during national holidays and joint leave on January 27-29. The public can use this transportation service from 05.00 a.m. - 24.00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) with a flat 10-minute headway between trains.

"The operating pattern above only applies for three days," said Corporate Secretary Division Head of PT MRT Jakarta, Ahmad Pratomo to reporters in a written statement, Monday, January 27.

MRT Jakarta will return to using a normal operating schedule on Thursday, January 30.

"That is Monday-Friday starting at 05.00 to 24.00 WIB with a departure time between trains every five minutes during peak times, namely 07.00 a.m. - 09.00 a.m. and 17.00-19.00," explained Ahmad.

"And Saturday-Sunday starting at 05.00 a.m. to 24.00 WIB with a departure time between trains of 10 minutes," he continued.

Customers can use this mode of transportation with various payment methods, Ahmad said. "Customers can use a number of methods such as electronic money cards issued by banks such as e-money Mandiri, Flazz BCA, BRIzi BRI, Tapcash BNI, and JakCard Bank DKI."

"(You can also use the payment method, ed) MyMRTJ application, namely iSaku, Astrapay, Blu by BCA, Mastercard credit card, GoPay; MyMRTJ Lite QR code ticket vending machine and ticket purchases at the station counter using QR codes, debit cards, and credit cards," explained Ahmad.
