Trial Of Alleged Spread Of Syur's Video Audrey Davis Postponed

JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged spread of the exciting video involving musician David Bayu's daughter, Audrey Davis, which was supposed to be held today, Monday, January 6th, had to be postponed.

Audrey Davis' attorney, Sandy Arifin explained that the delay was due to several witnesses who were unable to attend.

"Today's agenda we just received confirmation that today's trial was postponed on Tuesday at 14.00. Because there were several witnesses who were supposed to attend but were not present," said Sandy Arifin at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, January 6.

"(Even though) Today our client Audrey and his father mas David are ready to attend the examination of the statement at the South Jakarta District Court," he continued.

Sandy explained that this trial will be held again tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7 with 5 witnesses plus Audrey Davis.

"If you look at the summons, there are more than 5 witnesses. There are expert witnesses and other witnesses. But what is certain is that we are cooperative today showing that we are indeed ready to follow the trial process in providing testimony as victim witnesses," said Sandy Arifin.

He added that it was David Bayu's side who wanted this trial to be held immediately so that the process would be completed quickly.

"Indeed, from yesterday who wanted to hear this trial, Mas David," explained Sandy Arifin.

"Just follow it, because it was postponed today, what do you want? The important thing is that I am here today following the process," added David Bayu.
