KPK Alleges Former Jepara Regent Received Other Facilities Apart From Credit From Bank Jepara Artha BPR

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that there are facilities other than credit received by former Jepara Regent for the 2019-2022 period Dian Kristiandi from PT BPR Bank Jepara Artha. Investigators are currently investigating.

"Another receipt (in question, ed) is that investigators are still investigating whether or not there are other facilities besides the loan given," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika when confirmed by VOI, Friday, January 17.

Meanwhile, Dian Kristiandi has undergone an examination at the Central Java Regional Police Ditreskrimsus Hall Room on Thursday, January 16.

The results of the examination stated that investigators had investigated several things, including the loans or credit they took while in office and the alleged facilities they enjoyed.

However, the facility problem was not specified. "The witness was investigated regarding the process of submitting and completing the credit in question as the regent and being investigated regarding other alleged receipts," said Tessa in a written statement, Thursday.

Previously reported, the KPK is investigating allegations of corruption related to disbursement of business loans at PT Bank Percreditan Rakyat Bank Jepara Artha (Perseroda) 2022-2024. The investigation was carried out since last September 24.

A total of five suspects from internal and private elements have been determined. They have the initials JH, IN, AN, AS, and MIA.

In this case, the mode of corruption used was fictitious giving to 39 debtors. State losses due to the actions of the suspects are said to have reached Rp220 billion.
