This latest menu is available from January 28 and offers the authentic taste of Thailand which is served with a modern touch.

By remaining loyal to tradition, the Vol menu. 02 presents Thai cuisine with a bold approach, combining pure ingredients and authentic cooking techniques, with a focus on roasting art.

Designed by Chef Yohans Gozal, the Vol menu. 02 presents a selection of bold new flavors, seasonal ingredients, and dishes that have been redesigned to reflect the growing harvest experience.

Some of the new dishes to be introduced include Tom Yum Seafood Noodle, Duck Laab, and Chocolate Pandan as desserts.

Despite offering new variations, YOUNG Restaurant located in Melawai, South Jakarta, will also maintain favorite dishes from previous menus, such as Beef Gaeng Massaman, Thai Fried Egg, and Mango Dessert, so that visitors who return home feel at home.

The Vol menu. 02 also introduced a new Coconut Cake with a smoky aroma resulting from the use of Tian Op Candle.

To complement the dining experience, innovative new drink options will also come, including a coffee-based cocktail with Mah Kwan Pepper rare wild pepper from North Thailand that provides an exotic taste. This list of drinks also includes the choice of choice of wine.

To celebrate the launch of this new menu, YOUNG Restaurant held an exclusive tasting event on Friday, January 31.

The event gave guests the opportunity to taste new dishes, meet with the chefs, and enjoy the casual atmosphere at the restaurant.
