Fellow Providers Of Gas Station Digitization Work, PT Pertamina, Targeted By KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to investigate allegations of corruption in the digitization of PT Pertamina (Persero) public gas stations.

Investigators questioned those who were partners in the project on Thursday, January 30 yesterday.

The witness being questioned was Antonius Haryo Dewanto as VP Sales Enterprise of PT PAKKET SYSTEMS for the 2018 period. Investigators examined him at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"The witness was investigated regarding the work on the gas station digitization project at PT Pertamina by PT Telkom," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Friday, January 31.

Meanwhile, Tessa has not detailed further about the witness examination material by investigators. He only said the witness was summoned because he was a partner.

"The witness is a partner of the job provider," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the KPK has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. A total of three suspects have been named but the KPK has not yet detailed.

The examination of a number of witnesses has been carried out. Among them are the President Director of PT Packet System Indonesia, Handy Surya Wirawan; Business Development Head of PT Hanindo Citra, Iskandarsyah; SVP Corporate ICT PT Pertamina (Persero) 2018 Period, Jeffery Tjahja Indra; Commissioner of PT Smartweb Indonesia Kreasi, Johannes Fillandow; and President Director of PT Hanindo Citra, John Tangkey who was worked on at the KPK's Merah Putih building.

From the request for information, they were questioned regarding the digitalization project that collaborated with PT Telkom (Persero). However, the KPK is still closing the information meeting obtained.
