JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) Nusron Wahid recommended the revocation of licenses for the Licensed Surveyor Service Office (KJSB) regarding the issuance of land certificates for the sea fence in Tangerang, Banten.
In a meeting with Commission II of the DPR RI in Jakarta, Thursday, January 30, Nusron revealed that the recommendation was given after the Ministry of ATR/BPN conducted an audit and investigation of the process of issuing the land certificate.
"We have conducted audits and investigations, and based on the results, we recommend revocation of the KJSB license," he said.
According to Nusron, the Tangerang Land Office (Kantah) has been examined, and it was found that KJSB was involved in land measurements in the area. Measurements were carried out by two parties, namely internal ATR/BPN officers as well as licensed survey services approved by ATR/BPN.
However, Nusron did not elaborate further on the recommendation for the revocation of the KJSB license.
In addition, the Ministry of ATR/BPN also gave severe sanctions to eight Tangerang Kantah employees involved in this case. Six employees were subject to sanctions for release and termination from office, while two other employees also received severe sanctions.
"We cannot name them, only the initials are JS (former Head of Tangerang Cantah), SH (former Head of Rights and Registration Determination Section), ET (former Head of Survey and Mapping Sections), WS and YS (Chairman of Committee A), NS ( Committee A), LM (former Head of Survey and Mapping Section), and KA (former Head of the Rights and Registration Determination Section)," explained Nusron.
Furthermore, Nusron stated that land certificates were issued in two villages out of a total of 16 villages affected by the construction of 30.16 km of sea fences in Tangerang Regency. The two villages are Kohod Village in Pakuhaji District and Karang Serang Village in Sukandiri District.
In Kohod Village, 263 Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) have been issued with a total area of 390.79 hectares and 17 parcels of Ownership Certificate (SHM) covering an area of 22.93 hectares.
Of these, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has canceled 50 certificates and is still processing the rest to ensure their suitability with the coastline.
