Suzuki Suspends Ordering Jimny Nomade In Japan Due To Orders For A Abundant Of Limited Production

Bearu four days Suzuki opened a Jimny 5-door booking period for the Japanese market under the name All New Jimny Nomade. However, the manufacturer with the 'S' logo suddenly temporarily suspended its booking period due to high demand.

Launching from Carscoops, Tuesday, February 4, it is known that this manufacturer from Japan has received orders of 50,000 units in four days. Of course, this number is relatively large considering that its production is limited to 1,200 units per month.

Thus, this makes buyers have to wait about three and a half years to have the compact offroad car.

"We apologize to customers considering the purchase of Jimny Nomade for the suspension of orders. Thank you very much for your interest in our product," wrote Suzuki.

Although the order has been temporarily suspended, this well-known automotive manufacturer will provide the latest news if Jimny Nomade's order is reopened.

We will provide an update on when orders will reopen, taking into account the production situation in the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding," added Suzuki.

Unlike Jimny 3-door, which is assembled in Japan, the 5-door version is specially produced at a Suzuki-owned factory in India.

The car will come with an extended length and wheelbase, which provides more convenience for both users and passengers.

In terms of performance, this car still packs a 1.462 cc K15B engine powered by 102 hp at 6,000 rpm and a torque of 130 Nm at 4.000 rpm. Regarding off-road capabilities, this comb compact is equipped with an All Grip Pro 4WD driving system.

In terms of safety, this car is classified as a complete safety device, such as Dual Airbags, Brake LSD Track Control, ESPN, ABS brakes, to the ISOFIX rear seat binding system.
