Three Points Of PBSI Evaluation Regarding The Minutes Results Of The Beginning Of The Year

JAKARTA The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) said three evaluation points after the minus results in four tournaments earlier this year.

Head of the PBSI Pelatnas Achievement Development Division, Eng Hian, revealed that there are three notes that need to be improved in the short-term evaluation of the four tournaments.

"I noted that our athletes need reinforcement during the final settlement, how to overcome the critical situation, and must finalize the pattern of the game," said Eng Hian in a statement.

The four tournaments that have been participated by representatives of Indonesia are the Malaysia and the India Open as well as the Indonesia and Thailand Masters 2025.

Of the four events, Indonesia only brought home one title from Thailand. The title was secured by the women's doubles Lanny Tria Mayasari/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.

Eng Hian said that PBSI will continue to strive to improve in the midst of changing technical and physical trainers as well as reshuffling players in the double sector.

"This is all an effort to get the best concoction. Of course, we still need to evaluate this short-term achievement, from four matches from Malaysia Open to Thailand Master 2025," he said.

In addition to one title, Indonesia's achievements in Thailand also include three runners-up. The previous three best results were two runners-up at the Indonesia Masters.

Two runners-up at Istora were obtained by the arrears of Jonatan Christie's son and the men's doubles pair Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto.
