Minister Nusron Does Not Want To Debate With The Head Of Kohod Village Regarding HGB And SHM, Afraid Of Not Being Able To Go Home

TANGERANG - Minister of ATR/ BPN Nusron Wahid together with his staff visited Tanjung Burung Beach, Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency to carry out the process of canceling the Bagunan Rights Certificate (SHGB) and Certificate of Ownership (SHM).

Based on VOI monitoring at the location, Nusron was accompanied by Karo, Public Relations of ATR/BPN, Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Harison Mocodompis.

Apart from the ministry, Kohod Village Head Arsin was also seen wearing batik clothes. He also wears luxury watches and branded sandals.

Minister Nusron and the village head climbed the bridge to see the position of the land currently in the sea. At that time, Nusron admitted that he had argued with the Kohod village head. Because Arsin said that the HGB in the sea was originally abrased empang.

Earlier there (on the beach) I argued with the village head (Kohod village head). The village head insisted that it used to be an empang. He said there was abrasion. Then he was given these stones from 2004, he said, "said Nusron at Tanjung Burung Beach, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency, Friday, January 24.

"I don't want to debate with the village head (Kohod village head). This is his village. If we debate, I can't go home later," he continued.

Even so, Nusron admitted that he still canceled the SHGB. Because at this time, the soil has been physically lost. So that if the land cannot be seen physically, it is categorized as destroyed land.

"Bilang empang. Well, what is clear is factually material, we saw that there is no longer any land together physically," Nusron told the media crew.

"Because there is no land, I don't want to debate about the problem of the coastline. I don't want that first. That's if it used to be empang, if there was, because there was no physical presence, then it was categorized as destroyed land," he continued.

Previously, Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid said the 30.16 kilometer sea fence in Tangerang waters, Banten had a Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) and a Certificate of Ownership (SHM).

He said that the number of Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates reached 263 fields in the names of several companies to individuals.

He mentioned HGB certificates in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur as many as 234 fields, and on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa as many as 20 fields. Then on behalf of individuals as many as nine fields. Then, Nusron also mentioned that there are 17 Ownership Rights (SHM).

However, Minister Nusron has canceled dozens of SHGB and SHM.
