YOGYAKARTA The national selection committee (Panselnas) has set criteria for CPNS participants who are sanctioned if they resign.

Referring to PermenPANRB Number 6/2024, participants of prospective civil servants (CPNS) 2024 who are declared to have passed the final stage of the selection and/or have received the CPNS employee identification number (NIP) and then resign, they will receive sanctions.
The sanction is not to apply for ASN revenue for the next 2 years of the ASN Employee procurement budget.
However, this sanction provision is excluded for CPNS 2024 applicants who are declared to have passed the final stage of selection in different locations from the proposed location as a result of optimizing their needs/formation, then resign before being determined the Employee Identification Number (NIP).
