27 ASN Residential Towers At IKN Completed March 2025, Schedule For Transfer Of Menpan RB Authority

JAKARTA - Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono revealed 27 towers or towers for the residence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, completed in March 2025.

"As of March, everything will be finished," said Basuki at the Jakarta Presidential Palace Complex, Tuesday, January 21, which was confiscated by Antara.

However, Basuki could not confirm when ASN would start moving to IKN. According to him, this is more appropriate to ask the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) Rini Widyantini.

His party focuses on preparing infrastructure and infrastructure from the tower.

"I think (ASN transfer) is with the Minister of PAN RB. But in terms of infrastructure, we can prepare the infrastructure, God willing," said Basuki.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait on the same occasion said that 27 towers for ASN and Hankam had been completed.

He had told Basuki that the tower was ready to be handed over. Maruarar said his party was still building 20 additional towers at IKN.

"Our 20 (power) is also on the way," said Maruarar.

"We can finish the final year, so think of it in the middle of the year," he continued.

Previously, Deputy Minister of Public Works (PU) Diana Kusumastuti stated that 47 residential flats (rusun) were occupied by ASN transfers at IKN, East Kalimantan, targeted for completion in 2025.

"Seharusnya nanti tahun ini 47 unit (menara ASN) sudah ada, insha-Allah," kata Diana ditemui setelah menerima kunjungan Wakil Menteri Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) Mugiyanto Sipin di Jakarta, Senin 13 Januari.

He said that the residential flat tower project to be occupied by the ASN transfer at IKN had previously been built. There are at least 27 towers that have been built.

Diana said she was optimistic that the construction of 47 towers as a whole will be completed this year, so that it can function for ASN when they have been transferred to IKN.
