DKI Provincial Government Data On Glodok Plaza Fire Victims For Insurance

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta will collect data on victims of the Glodok Plaza fire, Tamansari, West Jakarta, which occurred on Wednesday (15/1), to provide assistance or insurance.

"Certainly we will optimize it, I have ordered the Social Service to collect data related to issues such as insurance and so on," said Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Province Teguh Setyabudi at Glodok Plaza, Saturday, January 18, as reported by ANTARA.

According to him, victims who already have a National Health Insurance Card (JKN) can also be used and will be given an attachment by the Social Service for insurance claims.

"Later on, for further data collection, we ask the social service to provide assistance related to insurance claims and later from the provincial government, of course, it will adjust to what should be done by the provincial government," said Teguh.

Teguh said the search for fire victims would continue.

"Today the search process is still ongoing if the standard is actually there are approximately 7 days, but after that, if the word is needed by looking at the situation the condition can also be extended," he said.

Until now, there have been seven bodies that have been successfully evacuated to the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

Meanwhile, 14 people were reported missing in the fire, namely Ade Aryati (29), Sinta Amelia (20), Aldrinas (29), Aulia Belinda (28), Odima Yukari (25), Deri Saiki (25), Indira Seviana Bela (25) and Keren SALom J (21), Intan Mutiara (26), Desty and Zukhi Radja (42), Chika Adinda Yustin (26), Muljadi (56) and Dian Cahyadi (38).
