JAKARTA - Galiech Ridha and Asri Welas were declared to have officially divorced by the Depok Religious Court. This was conveyed by the presiding judge, Samsudin. "One, granting the plaintiff's claim. Two, imposing one divorce against the defendant Galiech Ridha Raharja against the plaintiff, Asri Pramawati," said Samsudin during the trial, Thursday, January 23. In this divorce, the custody of their three children was handed over to Asri Welas as the biological mother. Asri was asked to continue to provide access to Galiech to meet her children. "Fourth, assign access to the defendant as his father to meet and give love to the children," he continued.

Galiech is required to provide a living to his three children of Rp. 5 million per month beyond the cost of health and education. "Five, punishing the defendant to pay the living of the three children through the plaintiff in the amount of Rp. 5 million per month since this decision was handed down until the child matures, lives independently, beyond the cost of health and education with an increase of 10% every year," he said.
