Property Issuer GRIA Records Home Sales Up 30.4 Percent Throughout 2024

JAKARTA - The property issuer that focuses on building subsidized houses, namely PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) noted, there was an increase in sales of 30.4 percent throughout 2024.

This was conveyed by the President Director of GRIA HK Hakim Noor in a Public Expose in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 21.

"Our sales this year have increased from 2023, yes. That's an increase of 30.4 percent year on year," he said.

As for the houses sold until December 2024, it reached 330 units, or an increase of up to 30.4 percent compared to last 2023, which was 253 housing units.

According to Hakim, the increase was supported by sales of housing units in the Samarinda area, East Kalimantan, which contributed 70 percent. Meanwhile, another 30 percent were contributed from the West Java region.

"I also explain here that majority is indeed in the Samarinda area, East Kalimantan (amounting to 70 percent) and almost 30 percent is in West Java," he said.

In addition, said Hakim, the ability to build a GRIA house has also increased significantly in 2024, which is above 50 percent.

"Our ability to build also increased to 53.2 percent compared to 2023," said Hakim.

In the future, he continued, GRIA will provide a number of facilities to increase sales of subsidized houses. Such as providing cars per 100 houses to create their own waste processing sites.

"So, maybe in the future we will give a car unit per 100 houses, maybe, yes, which is managed by the people in the house. It can be said that it is low cost, yes. We have not determined the system properly, but that is our plan in the future," said Hakim.

"Next, we want to try the name in-house waste management. If our housing is above 50 hectares, for example there is in East Kalimantan or maybe in the future in Bekasi, yes, there is. So, we will make not only water treatment plant ourselves, we will also process our own waste to make it better," he concluded.
