Residents' Attorney Says Kohod Village Head Has A Row Of Luxury Cars, After Going Viral Moved

TANGERANG - The lawyer for Kohod Village, Henri revealed that the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin, owns a number of luxury cars.

Henri admitted that there were Honda Civic Turbo, two units of Honda CR-V, and Jeep Rubicon in Arsin's yard. He considers Arsin's residence like a car show room.

"According to our observations since July 2024, we have seen the garage of the village head with many luxury cars, rubicons, 2 units of all New CR-V, Honda Civic turbo," Henri said when confirmed, Sunday, February 2.

Henri then accused Arsin of avoiding taxes and Wealth Reports of State Administrators (LHKPN) on behalf of his cars under the names of other people.

"There are some on behalf of the person concerned and his family, who Rubicon is in the name of another person, but usually uses it as his daily oprational vehicle," he said.

However, said Henri, the dragging of Arsin's name related to the issuance of a Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) and a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) in the Tangerang sea fence case, made the existence of a number of luxury Kohod village cars placed in other locations.

"After going viral, the vehicle (a luxury car) was allegedly moved to another house belonging to the Arsin Village Head," he said.

For information, the case of the sea fence in Tangerang Regency is currently under the monitoring of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung), the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

On social media, the names of ATR/BPN officials and village heads in Tangerang Regency are widely discussed, including the mention of the name of the Kohod village head, Arsin.
