KPR Anniversary, BTN Offers Attractive Promos

JAKARTA - BTN held the BTN Property Expo 2024 which is part of the commemoration of the 48th anniversary of the KPR BTN. BTN, is the pioneer of Home Ownership Loans or habitable mortgages in Indonesia.

This exhibition lasts for five days, from 10 to 15 December 2024 in eight major cities at once, namely Medan, Tangerang, Jakarta, Cikarang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar with the theme "Celebrating 48 Years of BTN Mortgage: Residential Solutions for All".

In order to celebrate the anniversary of the mortgage, BTN also offers a number of attractive promos for people who will apply for non-subsidized mortgages with low interest rates, starting at 3.48 percent. Including cost-free promos such as provision, administration, and appraisal, as well as a discount on life insurance costs of 5 percent, specifically for houses offered by developers during the exhibition.

Meanwhile, specifically for subsidized mortgages, especially through the Tapera program, the public can enjoy additional subsidies for contract fees and direct gifts.
